What services do you provide?
We specialize in residential, commercial, and construction cleaning services. We provide recurring cleans, deep cleans, move in/out deep cleans, post-construction cleans and customized cleaning services.
Can you add on specific needs and services?
Yes, we can add on items to cleaning services per request.
Do you provide the cleaning products?
We supply all necessary cleaning products, chemicals and equipment for our services. However, we respectfully request that residents provide their own vacuum cleaners. This measure is implemented to prevent cross-contamination between homes. Please be assured that we do have vacuums available should you require one from our company.
Can you provide references and client testimonials?
We have a variety of client and developer testimonials, as well as references available upon request.
Are you insured?
High Quality Cleaning Co. LLC is insured with industry-standard liability insurance and a comprehensive workers' compensation policy.
What is your payment policy and method?
To secure your initial service and booking on our schedule, a 25% nonrefundable deposit is required for the initial deep clean. Invoices will be issued upon completion of services and must be paid in full at the time of receipt. A late fee will be automatically applied if the invoice remains unpaid for more than 24 hours.
*Developers: Please be advised that invoicing and net payout for developers are governed by the agreement between High Quality Cleaning Co. LLC and the developer.
Do the cleaners accept tips?
Our professional cleaning staff appreciates the generosity of clients who choose to provide tips. Clients have the option to include tips on their invoices during the payment process. While tips are not required or expected, our cleaners are sincerely grateful for any acknowledgment of their hard work.
How do I get an estimate and schedule a service?
To obtain a complimentary estimate, we kindly ask you to complete and submit the New Client Request Form. After our team reviews your submission, we will send an estimate directly to you for your convenience and consideration. Once you approve and sign the estimate, we will proceed to schedule your service. We ask for 24 hours to review your request.
Please be advised that a cleaning agreement will be emailed to you for review and must be signed and returned prior to securing your booking and commencing services.
For commercial cleaning services, do you have experience cleaning offices?
We possess extensive experience in providing commercial cleaning services. References are available upon request.
Do you have the ability to clean and service larger size jobs?
We provide services for properties of all sizes, ranging from under 1,000 square feet to over 500,000 square feet. The specific requirements of each job will dictate the timeframe and the number of professional cleaners assigned to the task.
